1- What are the differences between the four hidden earphone models?

Connection style: Croco & Croco Plus are wired neckband; Magic & Ultra are true wireless.

Receiver type: Croco & Croco Plus use 2 mm spheres; Magic uses a capsule; Ultra supports both.

Microphone placement: Croco’s mic is in the main unit; Croco Plus’s on the splitter; Magic’s inside; Ultra has two (one internal, one external).

Battery life: Croco & Croco Plus: 5–6 h; Magic: 10 h; Ultra: 11 h.

2- Which receiver does each model use, and what are the key differences between capsule and 2 mm spherical receivers?

Battery & charging:

Capsule: Each capsule battery lasts 5 hours; we include two spares—you can buy more if needed.
2 mm spheres: No charging required for the spheres themselves; only the main unit needs power (and must be recharged between uses).

Concealment:

2 mm spheres:Completely invisible in the ear canal; no sound leaks out.
Capsule: A very thin, nearly invisible wire extends outside the ear but remains discreet.

Sound leakage:

Capsule: Louder output—keep volume at mid-level to prevent sound from escaping.
2 mm spheres: Naturally isolate sound with zero leakage.

Insertion & removal:

2 mm spheres: Slide in with a slim tube and remove magnetically; have your ears professionally cleaned before first use.
Capsule: Remove by gently pulling the thin wire; no special ear cleaning required.

3- Does the earphone connect via Bluetooth to a phone, or is it SIM-card enabled?

Bluetooth connection: Connects to all smartphones and even basic Bluetooth-enabled feature phones like Nokia.

SIM-card models: We don’t offer SIM-card versions because, as standalone devices, they drain their battery in about 15 minutes—making them impractical.

Easy pairing: Simply power on the main unit, then select it in your device’s Bluetooth settings.

4- What shipping options and delivery times are available?
